Jay also brings a level of new construction experience that few real estate advisors can offer. He worked as a new construction sales manager for a homebuilder. That experience gave him an inside understanding of builder pricing, incentives, contracts, construction timelines, lot premiums, design-center selections, and the decisions that can significantly affect the final cost of a new home.

Today, Jay uses that builder-side knowledge exclusively on behalf of his clients.

With extensive knowledge of builders and new construction communities throughout Chicagoland, he helps buyers compare their options, understand the true value of each home and determine which builder, floor plan and community best align with their budget, lifestyle and long-term goals.
